Analytical method

It is possible to find the fault point directly through observation, and some faults can be directly eliminated, such as welding and assembly faults. However, it should be pointed out that many faults are only surface phenomena, and there may be deeper causes hidden below the surface phenomenon. It is necessary to test the corresponding circuit parameters of the corresponding circuit according to the fault phenomenon, and analyze the test results (phenomenon) combined with the circuit principle in order to find out the root cause of the fault and the real fault point.

Measurement method is the most widely used and effective method in fault finding. 3, replacement method: The replacement method is the use of good performance of the steering gear devices, components (or the use of the same type of normal steering gear of the same devices, components) to replace the part of the product that may cause failure, in order to determine the fault location of a method.

4, comparison method: The use of the same type of steering gear, compared with the maintenance of the steering gear, to find out the fault part, this method is called comparison method. 5, heating/cooling method: The heating method is to use a soldering iron to heat the suspected components, so that the failure occurs in advance, to determine the cause and location of the fault. In contrast to the heating method, the cooling method is to cool the suspected components with volatile liquids such as alcohol, so that the fault disappears, and the cause and location of the fault are determined.
