1.3.2 Control logic
PWM control technology has become the most widely used control mode of power electronics technology with its advantages of simple control, flexibility and good dynamic response. PWM control technology is the technology of modulating the width of the pulse, that is, by modulating the width of a series of pulses, the required waveform (including shape and amplitude) can be obtained equivalent.

PWM actuator control generally requires a time base pulse of about 20ms, the high level part of the pulse is generally 0.5ms-2.5ms, the Angle control pulse part in the range, the total interval is 2ms, the Angle control relationship is shown in Figure 2.5.

1.4 Usage Instructions
1.4.1 Cable Connection Procedure
1, the steering gear interface 1 is connected to the blue debugging board A position (according to the circuit diagram to distinguish the pin and positive and negative electrode), if there are more than one steering gear can be connected to other positions A;
2. Connect interface 2 to the position of blue debug board B, as shown in Figure a;
3. Adjust the TTL/485 end of the USB-serial port adapter to the TTL end and connect to the PC end (the PWM steering gear adapter with built-in PWM and TTL protocols will automatically identify the PWM protocol for communication, otherwise, please use a special PWM test stand for steering gear debugging. The debugging board cannot be powered by the computer and the power supply at the same time. Remove the red power cable of port 2 before powering on the power supply.
4. After the power port is connected, the Servo Control V1.0.0.3 steering gear test platform is opened, as shown in Figure b.
1.4.2 Procedure
1. Open desheng Servo Control V1.0.0.3 steering gear test platform after wiring is completed.
Select the corresponding window of the steering gear in the port list, set the baud rate (enter the product target baud rate in the other Baud rate values, the default value is 115200), click to open the port and set parameters to control the steering gear.
3. Open the port and click Read. If read/write fails, check whether the wiring steps are correct or whether the port list is selected correctly. If you want to view the current parameters of different servos, select the port list corresponding to different servos and read it again.
4. Set other parameters of the steering gear according to the characteristics of the steering gear. After parameter setting, click Write. If the writing succeeds, the parameter setting fails.
5. After the parameter setting is complete, click the steering gear to restart, set the signal period according to the PWM signal parameters (default is 20000us), adjust the signal pulse width and click Send to control the steering gear to adjust the Angle position. At 180° For example, when the PWM signal pulse width changes from 1500us to 500us, the steering gear changes from 90° Position turn 90° counterclockwise; When the PWM signal changes from 1500us to 2500us, the steering gear changes from 90° The position is rotated clockwise by 90° The Angle. Wait for all tests to complete and click Close port.
